Compounded semaglutide at $149 a month and tirzepatide at $279, flat across every dose the site lists, from a women's clinic that treats weight as one lane among hormones, perimenopause, gut and skin rather than the whole product. There is a genuine 2.5mg microdose tirzepatide line at $249, which is worth reading twice: it costs only $30 less than the full-dose plan. The prices are on open pages with no quiz in the way, and the BMI floor of 27 is stated up front. Two things to know before you commit. Its own semaglutide page describes the same plan as both month-to-month and four-week, so ask which one your card is on. And the cancellation page linked twice in the top navigation is completely blank.

Both prices came down since our last check — read live on 2026-08-26 the product cards say compounded semaglutide from $99 a month and tirzepatide from $199, against $149 and $224 in mid-August, with microdose versions at $119 and $139 beside them. Still "from", and Medro is unusually candid about what that means: its own FAQ says starting-at pricing "reflects the lowest typical option" and that final cost varies by medication, dose, supply duration, partner pricing, availability and eligibility, while a footnote under the cards calls the pricing "illustrative". Two other things this record used to get wrong. The site does name its operating entity, Medro Health Technologies, Inc., in the Refund Policy, along with its clinical partner Arora Health & Aesthetics in Seattle and its pharmacy partner The Pharmacy Hub in Miami. And it does publish a cancellation policy — one that sits awkwardly against the FAQ, because the FAQ says there is no membership and nothing recurring to cancel while the Refund Policy describes a subscription charged the moment you finish the intake form, needing 72 hours' notice to stop, with no refund on cancellation.

The '$88/mo' headline on Novi's own product page is the twelve-month row, and its homepage quotes '$133/mo' under a countdown, a figure that is not a monthly price on either product page. Its intake then serves a higher variant again. Its Terms require a three-month non-refundable commitment while its help center says there are no commitments at all, so the two things you most need to know — what leaves the account, and when you can stop — are the two things Novi contradicts itself on.
