SnagRx
Ranked #38 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness70:100
Compounded semaglutide at $69 a month and tirzepatide at $119, one flat price that SnagRx says covers the medication, the supplies, the doctor review and shipping, with no membership fee and cancellation by email or phone. Both figures are advertised against struck-through list prices of $299 and $399 under a live countdown clock, and the promise to lock that rate for life is marketing rather than a published term. It ships from licensed US pharmacies it never names, and publishes no list of the states it serves.
Telos Rx

Rx-Readiness86:100
A fast, fully async start with a needle-free sublingual tirzepatide option and — a genuine upgrade since our last check — flat pricing stated in writing. The catch is a state list it still won't publish.
yourEra

Rx-Readiness62:100
Both prices came down since our last check: read live on 2026-08-26 the catalog reads from $79 a month for compounded semaglutide and from $159 for tirzepatide, against $99 and $169 in July. Same price at every dose is stated beside them, so titrating up does not raise the bill — but from is a floor and no ceiling or dose ladder is published anywhere. One question this record used to leave open is now answered on the site itself: yourEra says its clinician network is licensed in all 50 states, and repeats it in a badge and in its own founding story. The single price covers the telehealth visit, the medication, injection supplies, dose adjustments, unlimited messaging and shipping. Two things belong on your list before you pay. The refund policy stops refunds the moment the pharmacy begins preparing your order, whether or not it has shipped. And the Terms require you to have a device with a working video camera, which is the closest the site comes to telling you whether a live visit is part of this.
Pepti
Ranked #17 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness77:100
Pepti publishes the lowest semaglutide price in this entire roster — $99 a month, flat at every titration dose, with the medication, physician review, shipping, refill management and unlimited messaging with your prescribing doctor all inside it. Tirzepatide is $199 on the same all-in, flat-at-every-dose basis. That number is low enough to deserve skepticism, so it is worth saying exactly where it comes from: Pepti states it on a dedicated cost page, repeats it in its FAQ ('we keep pricing flat and transparent at $99/mo all-in'), and prices the comparison against Hims, Henry Meds and Mochi on the same page. It names two prescribing physicians and says its medication is compounded by FDA-registered 503A or 503B pharmacies, though it never names which. The real limits are reach and format: it ships to 36 states rather than 50, it is cash-pay only and bills no insurance, and its needle-free oral GLP-1/GIP drops cost $349 — well above its own injection.
Teleios Health
Ranked #101 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness62:100
A genuinely flat $99/month for either molecule, including consults and shipping per its own FAQ — undercut by a stale $139 figure still live in the page's meta description and a clinical-review team ('Lion MD') it shares with at least one other provider on this roster.
VitaStir

Rx-Readiness55:100
One-time 30-day kits — as low as $99 for a single-dose-vial option, or $125-145 for the larger HomeKit — with a fully async physician review and a full refund if not approved, but no stated time-to-first-dose and no state list.
LumiMeds
Ranked #98 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness62:100
A named-Medical-Director program licensed in all 50 states, from $99/mo semaglutide and $183/mo tirzepatide, with no membership required — but it carries a 2025 FDA warning letter over how it described its compounded medication, and both prices are 'From' starting prices rather than a guaranteed working-dose rate.
WeightRx
Ranked #167 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness57:100
An outlier-low, locked-rate flat price — $83/mo for tirzepatide, $250/mo for semaglutide — stated with no promotional hedge, though notably below every comparable compounded-tirzepatide price elsewhere among the providers we track and worth confirming carefully before signing up.
Jyra Health
Ranked #129 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness60:100
One of the lowest disclosed GLP-1 starting prices in this round — from $99/mo semaglutide, $133/mo tirzepatide — with an explicit no-membership, no-hidden-fee claim, though the real ongoing rate at a working dose isn't confirmed.
