Alternatives to MultiMedRx

MultiMedRx lands at #317 on our ranking with a Rx-Readiness Score of 34/100. If it isn't the right fit, here are the strongest alternatives on our shortlist — scored on the same readiness rubric of speed to first dose, flat pricing, no-video signup, access, molecule choice and a clean off-ramp.

MadeMed

A flat $239/mo semaglutide, $399/mo tirzepatide, no-video intake with free overnight shipping — but it's only live in 23 states, and most big population centers aren't on the list.

SnagRx

Ranked #44 · Grade C

Compounded semaglutide at $69 a month and tirzepatide at $119, one flat price that SnagRx says covers the medication, the supplies, the doctor review and shipping, with no membership fee and cancellation by email or phone. Both figures are advertised against struck-through list prices of $299 and $399 under a live countdown clock, and the promise to lock that rate for life is marketing rather than a published term. It ships from licensed US pharmacies it never names, and publishes no list of the states it serves.

Collective

Ranked #143 · Grade C

The lowest medication price on this roster, and a headline that still leaves out a required charge. Compounded semaglutide is $59 a month and tirzepatide $69, flat at every dose and cancellable at any time — both requiring a $199 annual membership the pricing line never mentions. Counted properly the first year is $907 for semaglutide, about $76 a month, and $1,027 for tirzepatide, about $86, which remains among the cheapest anywhere even after the fee. It is operated by Health For Everyone Inc., trading as CollectiveOS, and positioned on being brought to you by the founder of Thrive Market and on GLP-1s without the 500% markup. There is a 21-day free trial before the membership charge, after which the fee is non-refundable with no partial periods returned. The compounding pharmacies are never named, no state list is published, and no time to first dose is given.

Live Vital

Ranked #20 · Grade C

$99/mo semaglutide, $183/mo tirzepatide, all 50 states, a named physician personally reviewing every intake, and a real 5-7 day timeline — on a broader peptide platform where GLP-1 pricing is genuinely invisible unless you know to pull the page's own data bundle.

WeightlessRx

Ranked #74 · Grade C

A no-membership-fee, quarterly-billed program — $167/mo semaglutide, $267/mo tirzepatide — bundling a GLP-1 fitness app, meal plans, and 1-on-1 nutrition coaching that most compounded-only competitors don't offer. It also publishes its own named comparison against Ro, Mochi Health, TrimRx, and Hims, an unusually direct move for this category.

Aurelius Health Group

Ranked #111 · Grade C

A one-product shop — compounded tirzepatide microdosing only, $89 the first month then $199/mo all-in, no live video visit described anywhere in the flow, and unusually candid on-site that the trial evidence for microdosing specifically is thin — but there's no semaglutide option at all, and no individual physician, pharmacy, or state list named anywhere on the site checked.

Vyvron

Ranked #260 · Grade C

The billing cycle is stated in the same sentence as the price, so the year is countable without guesswork: thirteen charges of $149 is $1,937 for semaglutide and $2,587 for tirzepatide. Both are founding rates the site says will rise to $179 and $249 — $2,327 and $3,237 a year. What you cannot read is any of its legal documents, because they are the homepage with a different title on the tab.

Trinity Meds

Ranked #67 · Grade C

$99 semaglutide, $149 tirzepatide, flat at every dose, all 50 states. Renewal prices match advertised prices in the checkout data, so the no-price-rise claim holds. A plan month is four weeks; the '12-month' plan at $999 is 48 weeks. Same operator as Lean Meds, altRx and NextMeds — one company, four storefronts — and that operator holds FDA letter 728236, still open.

Gimme Care

Ranked #70 · Grade C

A comprehensive-care shop that puts real numbers on the homepage: read live on 2026-08-26, compounded semaglutide is $160 a month or $130 on a three-month plan, tirzepatide $199 or $163, unchanged since early August. Its FAQ says that single figure covers medication, physician care, support, shipping and all supplies with no membership, and unlimited provider messaging is the thing it sells hardest — message your provider anytime, dose changes at no extra cost. Two answers here are better than most of this roster gives. It serves all fifty states and the District of Columbia. And it tells you exactly where a video visit is required rather than leaving it vague: most states can start without one, but Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia need a brief video or audio visit first. One thing to pin down before you pay is the period — the plan selector says per month, while the refill schedule on the same page says shipped every 28 days, and thirteen refills a year is not the same bill as twelve.

Lean Meds

Ranked #51 · Grade C

Lean Meds bundles online care with medication when prescribed, but confirm the total commitment and allow at least 72 hours to cancel before renewal. Our August review linked the brand to Trinity HealthCare Supply, the recipient of an FDA warning letter concerning altRx; today’s Terms do not independently re-establish that ownership relationship.
