The verdict

Higher Rx-Readiness Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out Believe Health on the Rx-Readiness Score, 95 to 60 (A vs C). Working moms who want a decision, not a research project — flat pricing, both semaglutide and tirzepatide, and no scheduled video visit to book around work and pickup.

Believe Health is still a genuine option — there is no way to price Believe without applying to it. Its three GLP-1 treatment pages were read end to end and carry no dollar figure at all; the only number on the homepage is a badge promising nothing is charged if you are not approved. Behind the eligibility gate the menu is four plans, each flat at every dose: semaglutide $149 a month against a struck-through $249, tirzepatide $229 against $299 and marked most chosen, a microdose at $199, and a daily oral at $229. Those are competitive figures with two complications. The microdose costs $50 a month more than standard semaglutide, the reverse of what a lower dose implies. And two of the four plans never name a molecule, so you would be choosing between products without being told which drug is in them. It claims fifty-state care without listing states, names no pharmacy, and publishes no time to first dose. Weigh the six readiness factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Flat monthly price that stays put through titration — no dose-scaling surprise on your busiest month
  • Both compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on one plan, so you're not re-signing to switch
  • Async, no-video intake and all-50-states coverage — start it during a lunch break

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker price — a couple of teaser tiers elsewhere start lower
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand option
  • General metabolic program, not a boutique concierge service

Believe Health

Ranked #125 · Grade C

What we like

  • Flat pricing across every dosage on all four plans
  • $149 a month for compounded semaglutide is competitive once visible
  • Nothing is charged if a physician does not approve you

The caveats

  • No price before an approved intake — three treatment pages carry zero dollar figures
  • Two of the four plans name no molecule at all
  • The microdose plan costs $50 a month more than the standard semaglutide plan
