GoodRx is still a genuine option — goodRx now runs a real prescriber, not just a coupon, and the two should not be confused. GoodRx Care Direct charges $39 a month for unlimited online care and bills the medication separately — read live on 2026-08-26, it lists the Wegovy pill as low as $149 a month, the Wegovy and Wegovy HD pens as low as $199 and the Zepbound KwikPen as low as $299, all under the label only FDA-approved medications, with no compounded tier at all. Every one of those is an as low as rather than a rate, so treat them as the bottom of a dose ladder. In February 2023 the Department of Justice, acting for the Federal Trade Commission, filed a complaint and a stipulated order in the Northern District of California, and GoodRx Holdings, Inc. agreed to a $1.5 million civil penalty over allegations that it shared users' prescription and health information with advertising platforms contrary to its own privacy promises; the order permanently bars it from disclosing user health information for advertising, and the case caption names GoodRx Care, the service reviewed here.
