Direct Meds edges out Zealthy on the Rx-Readiness Score, 75 to 39 (C vs C). A mother who values a no-appointment intake and one bundled monthly price, has read the FDA letter and the 24-hour cancellation window, and will get the tirzepatide price and her own state confirmed in writing before paying.
Zealthy is still a genuine option — fDA warning letter #716501 (September 2025), which names getzealthy.com, and in April 2026 the FTC and DOJ moved to seize the company and freeze its assets. Read both before anything else here. On the money: read live on 26 August 2026, self-pay semaglutide is advertised at "as little as $151/month" and brand Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro at "as low as $25/month" with insurance — two figures that are not comparable, because the second is a copay that depends on your plan and the same paragraph quotes $1,349 without coverage. No tirzepatide price is published anywhere. A "$96 off your first month" banner runs site-wide and its own policy confirms the rate reverts to full afterward. Cancellation is self-serve and documented step by step, but there is no prorated refund, medication is final once shipped, and the policy warns members may be required to sign up for multiple months to keep supply continuous. Four months after the federal petition it is still trading normally under the same entity, FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy, at the same New York address the FDA letter used. What we like

- No appointment and no video visit: the intake is a quiz, approval is stated in hours and shipping in one business day
- Semaglutide and tirzepatide in both injection and sublingual formats, so a needle-averse reader has a route
The caveats
- The page says "Cancel Anytime" three times; the Terms say prescription orders generally cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after you place them
- No refund on medication already received, and a returned medication carries a $35 disposal fee
- FDA warning letter #716822, dated 9 September 2025, to directmeds.com, Inc. dba DirectMeds, over marketing compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as containing the same active ingredient as the branded drugs — the letter names directmeds.com

What we like
- Both self-pay and insured figures are published on the public page before any form
- Brand Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro sit on the menu alongside compounded semaglutide, and it works with major insurers
- Same-day appointments are advertised, and the published intake takes about five minutes before the visit
The caveats
- April 2026: the FTC and DOJ asked a federal court to place Zealthy in receivership and freeze its assets, alleging deceptive disclosures, obstructive cancellation and review manipulation
- The same complaint alleges misuse of clinicians' NPI numbers to issue prescriptions without their knowledge or consent — the government's words are that Zealthy is "actively deceiving telehealth patients, endangering their safety, and raiding their bank accounts". These are allegations, not findings; the case is ongoing
- Separately, and earlier: FDA warning letter #716501, dated September 9, 2025, to FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy, over the unlawful sale of unapproved and misbranded compounded semaglutide — the letter names getzealthy.com, and its address, 30 Irving Pl in New York, is the one the live site prints today
