What we like

- Behavior-change coaching and tracking bundled with prescribing — accountability built in
- Will pursue brand-name (Wegovy/Zepbound/Ozempic/Mounjaro) access and insurance coverage on the telehealth track
The caveats
- None of the three compounded tiers name which molecule (semaglutide or tirzepatide) they dispense — a real gap in Noom's own disclosure
- The brand-name track's posted $39/$99 fee is the clinician charge only; medication cost is separate and depends on insurance
- Billed quarterly after the first supply, so a monthly-sounding price is really a 3-month commitment
