Alternatives to Actin

Actin lands at #276 on our ranking with a Rx-Readiness Score of 45/100. If it isn't the right fit, here are the strongest alternatives on our shortlist — scored on the same readiness rubric of speed to first dose, flat pricing, no-video signup, access, molecule choice and a clean off-ramp.

bmiMD

All fifty states, $159/mo with no commitment, and usually same-day review. But one homepage strikes the same product through from two different “regular” prices, and canceling is email-only.

Live Vital

Ranked #20 · Grade C

$99/mo semaglutide, $183/mo tirzepatide, all 50 states, a named physician personally reviewing every intake, and a real 5-7 day timeline — on a broader peptide platform where GLP-1 pricing is genuinely invisible unless you know to pull the page's own data bundle.

SnagRx

Ranked #43 · Grade C

Compounded semaglutide at $69 a month and tirzepatide at $119, one flat price that SnagRx says covers the medication, the supplies, the doctor review and shipping, with no membership fee and cancellation by email or phone. Both figures are advertised against struck-through list prices of $299 and $399 under a live countdown clock, and the promise to lock that rate for life is marketing rather than a published term. It ships from licensed US pharmacies it never names, and publishes no list of the states it serves.

FitFlow

Ranked #23 · Grade C

Flat at every dose - $99 semaglutide, $134 tirzepatide, all fifty states - which makes the annual math trivial. The site never names its operating company.

TeleZen MD

Ranked #57 · Grade C

The one confirmed nationwide pick in this batch — all 50 states, explicitly stated — with a $168/mo semaglutide, $268/mo tirzepatide month-to-month rate that only drops to $129/$199 on a full year prepaid upfront.

Trava Health

Ranked #58 · Grade C

No video visit and no membership fee — semaglutide from $117.96/mo, tirzepatide from $178.98/mo — but Trava's own pages currently disagree with each other on its clinical-partner name and its cheapest semaglutide price.

Alternate Health Club

Ranked #143 · Grade C

Flat and cheap, and almost entirely silent about everything else. Read live on 2026-08-26, compounded semaglutide is $129 a month and compounded tirzepatide $169, unchanged since early August, with no membership and a flat-rate promise the site puts in its own words: unlike clinics that raise fees when doses increase, it keeps one rate for every dosage tier. That is a genuinely good structure and the reason two of its factor scores are high. The rest of the record is built on absences, and we checked them by sweeping the whole homepage: no state list, no shipping or approval window, no cancellation or refund policy, no pregnancy or breastfeeding guidance, and no legal entity anywhere beyond a copyright line. One more thing to hold in view — this is a general online pharmacy rather than a GLP-1 specialist, with erectile-dysfunction pills, migraine and asthma prescriptions and a longevity line sharing the same catalog, so the cheapest number on the page is often not a weight-loss number at all.

NextMeds

Ranked #56 · Grade C

Compounded semaglutide at $79 a month and tirzepatide at $119, month to month, with no dose-based increase and — checked in its own checkout data rather than taken on trust — a renewal price identical to the joining price. That last part is rarer than it should be. Two things the homepage will not tell you. The $49 and $99 it advertises are the twelve-month totals divided by twelve, not a monthly rate you can start on, and the countdown beside them is not a real deadline: it read August 15th and then August 20th within the same hour. The larger caveat is corporate. NextMeds is operated by Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, which also runs Lean Meds, altRx and Trinity Meds, and that operator holds an open FDA warning letter.

Mondae

Ranked #33 · Grade C

Mondae is built for someone who wants the decisions made up front and then left alone. Price, plan length and — unusually — which of six named compounding pharmacies fills the prescription are all settled before intake, the questionnaire is asynchronous with no video call to book, and it serves all 50 states. The rate is $115 a month for compounded semaglutide and $145 for compounded tirzepatide, with no membership fee stacked on top and no increase as you titrate: 'your dose may increase, but your price is fixed.' For a working parent that predictability is the whole point, because a dose-priced plan can quietly double between a starting and a maintenance dose. The pharmacy disclosure is the standout — Boudreaux, Rush, Hallandale, Greenwich, Align and VialsRx, named and selectable, where most of this category names none — with the honest caveat that Mondae itself flags: each ships to different states and formulations 'may contain additional additives.' Both prices were verified from a rendered page rather than a marketing card, because the raw HTML ships a '$NNN' placeholder, and they agree with the homepage card and the page's own structured data. What is absent is routine: no named clinician behind the contracted Bask Telehealth network, no labs, no refunds once medication is dispensed, and nothing addressing postpartum recovery, breastfeeding or PCOS.

Science & Co

Ranked #16 · Grade C

It shows both prices at once and says which is which: $149/mo with no commitment, $79 on a twelve-month plan. Brand-name is listed, but all three pages say coming soon.
