Alternatives to Glam Health

Glam Health lands at #278 on our ranking with a Rx-Readiness Score of 45/100. If it isn't the right fit, here are the strongest alternatives on our shortlist — scored on the same readiness rubric of speed to first dose, flat pricing, no-video signup, access, molecule choice and a clean off-ramp.

Strut Health

Ranked #12 · Grade B−

The async, needle-optional value play: oral or injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide from a low starting price, no video visit, ~3 days to a script — listed with its February 2026 FDA warning letter in plain view.

Lttl

Ranked #24 · Grade C

Compounded semaglutide from $129 a month and tirzepatide from $199, held at the same price at every dose, plus a separate microdose line from $109 for anyone who wants a gentler metabolic effect rather than maximum weight loss. Lttl covers all 50 states and Washington D.C., says it prescribes and ships within 48 hours, and attributes compounding to U.S.A.-licensed pharmacies it does not name. The catalog runs well past weight loss into NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and B12 from $79, so read the longevity menu as a separate business from the GLP-1 you came for. Prices are published as starting points rather than a single rate, and the first-order discount of up to $140 is promotional.

SnagRx

Ranked #43 · Grade C

Compounded semaglutide at $69 a month and tirzepatide at $119, one flat price that SnagRx says covers the medication, the supplies, the doctor review and shipping, with no membership fee and cancellation by email or phone. Both figures are advertised against struck-through list prices of $299 and $399 under a live countdown clock, and the promise to lock that rate for life is marketing rather than a published term. It ships from licensed US pharmacies it never names, and publishes no list of the states it serves.

bmiMD

Ranked #26 · Grade C

All fifty states, $159/mo with no commitment, and usually same-day review. But one homepage strikes the same product through from two different “regular” prices, and canceling is email-only.

Live Vital

Ranked #20 · Grade C

$99/mo semaglutide, $183/mo tirzepatide, all 50 states, a named physician personally reviewing every intake, and a real 5-7 day timeline — on a broader peptide platform where GLP-1 pricing is genuinely invisible unless you know to pull the page's own data bundle.

KERNX Health

Ranked #54 · Grade C

This record changed completely between checks, and mostly for the better. The founding-member framing that dominated it a week ago is gone: read live on 2026-08-26 KERNX simply says "Semaglutide starts at $129/month and Tirzepatide starts at $229/month. Pricing varies by prescribed dose. No membership fee. No required 3 month plan." What has not gone is the cost outside those figures, and KERNX is unusually straight about it — a provider consultation fee applies when treatment is approved, at $25 for a message-based review, $35 for a standard live visit or $60 for a complex live visit. Two more things this record previously had wrong. It does say where it operates: licensed providers in all 50 states, repeated in its banner and its FAQ. And it publishes a real timeline: a free five-minute assessment, provider review typically within 24 hours, pharmacy processing 1–2 business days and transit 2–3, so most first orders arrive within three to five business days of approval. It also says nothing is charged until a provider approves you.

Rehydra+ Wellness

Ranked #129 · Grade C

Rehydra+ Wellness is the one provider added here that charges more as your dose goes up, and it is unusually open about it: its storefront publishes a complete dose-by-duration matrix, so you can see before signing up that compounded semaglutide runs $149 for four weeks at the 0.25 mg starting dose and $289 at 2.5 mg, while tirzepatide runs $219 at 2.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg. That transparency is genuinely useful, and it also means the entry price is the least representative number on the page — if you titrate to an effective dose, your cost roughly doubles. Six-month tier plans bring the per-month figure down to $119 and $169, but they are six-month commitments rather than rolling plans. It is a small San Antonio operation founded in 2023, offering a free 15-minute telehealth call and free shipping. The two real gaps: it names no pharmacy and no individual clinician, and its own pages disagree on coverage — the weight-loss landing page says 19 states and lists 19, while the homepage says 20.

RxPros

Ranked #186 · Grade C

The flat-price claim is real and the term is the problem. Read live on 2026-08-26, RxPros holds one price across every dose — 0.5mg to 2.5mg semaglutide, 2.5mg to 15mg tirzepatide — with the doctor visit, medication and overnight shipping inside it and no membership fee. But four different figures per molecule appear on that one homepage, and the only place the site attaches a term to any of them is its comparison table, which labels the cheapest pair Paid Annually. The Returns page is where this record changed most. Cancellation through the dashboard is available only after a three-month minimum has been concluded; every order ships as three months of medication up front; canceling in writing before your consultation costs a $99 administrative fee; and once the consultation is complete the order is final and non-cancellable regardless of shipment status. Early cancellation costs the full retail price of what is left on the commitment, an unwarranted chargeback costs $199, and an unpaid balance can go to collections with a 50% surcharge.

NewSelf

Ranked #41 · Grade C

FDA warning letter #721472 (Feb. 2026), which names newself.com. A flat, dose-independent price for both molecules — $99.97/mo semaglutide, $144.49/mo tirzepatide, same price at every dose — nationwide, though it requires 3 months upfront.
