Alternatives to vyrarx

vyrarx lands at #299 on our ranking with a Rx-Readiness Score of 36/100. If it isn't the right fit, here are the strongest alternatives on our shortlist — scored on the same readiness rubric of speed to first dose, flat pricing, no-video signup, access, molecule choice and a clean off-ramp.

Belle Health

Flat-rate pricing with a real dietitian included ($119/mo semaglutide, from $175/mo tirzepatide) from a nine-year-old operator — carrying an open FDA warning letter over how it described its own compounded products.

Vytora Health

Ranked #66 · Grade C

A clean, all-inclusive flat-price shop — $179/mo semaglutide, $249/mo tirzepatide, unlimited follow-ups included — with no brand-name fallback and no published time-to-first-dose.

Join Polly

Ranked #64 · Grade C

A recently-rebranded provider (formerly Piper, now Join Polly) with a flat, dose-independent price for both molecules — $135/mo semaglutide, $199/mo tirzepatide — and one of the few among the providers we track to publicly name its compounding pharmacies (Hallandale Pharmacy, VialsRx).

InstaRX

Ranked #76 · Grade C

A flat-price compounded shop — $179/mo semaglutide, $259/mo tirzepatide, same price at any dose — though the site doesn't itemize what's actually bundled into that number.

Gimme Care

Ranked #63 · Grade C

A comprehensive-care shop that puts real numbers on the homepage: read live on 2026-08-26, compounded semaglutide is $160 a month or $130 on a three-month plan, tirzepatide $199 or $163, unchanged since early August. Its FAQ says that single figure covers medication, physician care, support, shipping and all supplies with no membership, and unlimited provider messaging is the thing it sells hardest — message your provider anytime, dose changes at no extra cost. Two answers here are better than most of this roster gives. It serves all fifty states and the District of Columbia. And it tells you exactly where a video visit is required rather than leaving it vague: most states can start without one, but Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia need a brief video or audio visit first. One thing to pin down before you pay is the period — the plan selector says per month, while the refill schedule on the same page says shipped every 28 days, and thirteen refills a year is not the same bill as twelve.

Trinity Meds

Ranked #60 · Grade C

$99 semaglutide, $149 tirzepatide, flat at every dose, all 50 states. Renewal prices match advertised prices in the checkout data, so the no-price-rise claim holds. A plan month is four weeks; the '12-month' plan at $999 is 48 weeks. Same operator as Lean Meds, altRx and NextMeds — one company, four storefronts — and that operator holds FDA letter 728236, still open.

Big Easy Weight Loss

Ranked #126 · Grade C

An MD-led, budget-friendly compounded shop that names its pharmacy partners — around $165/mo semaglutide or $200/mo tirzepatide standard — though pricing is packaged in 12-week blocks and the advertised rate is a new-patient discount off a higher renewal price.

TrimRx

Ranked #72 · Grade C

Every price TrimRx advertises is a starting price, and it publishes no ending one. The homepage shows 'Starting at $179' semaglutide and 'Starting at $259' tirzepatide; a second TrimRx funnel was advertising 'Starting at $149' the same day; trimrx.com/pricing renders blank; and the Terms contain no pricing at all. There is no ongoing rate on this site to find. The flat-at-every-dose promise is real — checkout says 'Same Price. All Dosage Levels.' — but the intake runs 35 screens and never once asks whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

ElitePhysiq MD

Ranked #177 · Grade C

Cost a year and the two molecules diverge hard: semaglutide is $1,740 on subscription, tirzepatide $3,780. The homepage prices both under one figure — "from $145/mo" — so the difference only appears on the treatment page. Add $49 for the consultation, or 10% more across the board if you buy one-time rather than subscribing.

ReadyRx

Ranked #141 · Grade C

A broader wellness platform with GLP-1s starting from $179/mo semaglutide and $255/mo tirzepatide, alongside a longevity catalog — though the 'From' pricing means the real ongoing cost isn't fully confirmed on the public pages.
