- A $100 non-refundable 'visit and clinical fee' is written into the intake consent, contradicted by a 'no cancellation fee' screen two steps earlier, and absent from the Terms of Service entirely
- Prepaid plans are non-refundable, cancellation needs 15 days' notice, and the Terms warn that anyone disputing a charge to escape a commitment will be 'sent to collections and/or have further legal action pursued'
