Eden is still a genuine option — fDA warning letter #728279 (Jun. 2026), which names tryeden.com. Read live on 2026-08-26, the GLP-1 page prices compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $199 — and the asterisk under both figures is the part that changes the math. It reads: price includes medication only, an active Eden Membership is required at $39 for the first month and $99 a month thereafter, and medication is not available without a membership. So this is two line items, not one, and the second one is not next to the number on the page. What Eden does give you is range: brand Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro at $1,399 a month and Wegovy at $1,695, each on its own product page marked In Stock, alongside the compounded lane. It says it serves GLP-1 programs in all fifty states, and its "same price at every dose" policy means titrating up does not raise the medication line. Cancellation is self-serve in the portal, though the Terms want 48 hours' notice before a renewal and make charges non-refundable once an order is fulfilled. Weigh the six readiness factors below against your own priorities.

The caveats
- FDA warning letter #728279, dated June 8, 2026, to Eden Health International Inc. dba Eden, alleging that its claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are false or misleading — the letter names tryeden.com. Read it before starting
- The $99 and $199 figures are medication only. An Eden Membership is required on top at $39 for the first month and $99 a month thereafter, and the page says medication is not available without one — so the advertised price is not what you are billed
- The membership fee appears only in the asterisk footnote below the price grid, not beside the price

The caveats
- Every posted price is medication only: a required $149/month membership is billed separately, which roughly doubles the real cost
- The $39 first month auto-renews at $149, so the number you sign up at is not the number you keep paying
- Mounjaro and one of two Zepbound listings are posted at $1,899 a month on the same page as Zepbound vials at $299, with no explanation of the difference
