What we like

The caveats
- Every price below the 1-month plan is paid upfront, which the pricing page never says — the advertised '$145/month' is $1,740 at checkout, and the two figures do not reconcile with each other
- You pay before a clinician reviews you, and a debit card is charged immediately rather than held
- 'Once paid, your Subscription Fee is non-refundable' and 'all sales are final'; a prepaid 3-month order ships in one box, after which there is nothing left to cancel
