The card above them reads "Starting at $299", matching one of the three. Standalone NAD+ appears at $199, $229 and $249. Worse for a buyer, the three pricing cards do not stay on the site: an inline script attaches click handlers pointing at a SiteGround staging host and, for the third card, at example.com/page3, which returns 404. All three were fetched to confirm. The NAD+ card also carries a "contains tirzepatide" label above a description entirely about energy and cellular vitality. In its favor, the compounding disclosure is direct, it states it is neither a pharmacy nor a manufacturer, and it names its lead clinician.
