Every savings claim on the checkout recomputes to within a dollar or two of what is stated. The "$200 discount" on the homepage is a coupon code, not a price. Two structural facts. Elevate Health and Wellness LLC describes itself as a patient management platform that "does not provide medical or pharmacy services, employ healthcare providers", with care from physicians contracted by two other companies — three firms between buyer and prescriber. Against that, its compounding disclosure is better than most, naming both approved manufacturers and noting neither sells for compounding. The "35,000+ patients" figure has no source. An FDA name lead — a 2025 telehealth letter to Elevate Your Wellness LLC — was dismissed on entity, domain and unrelated legal documents; that letter publishes no address, so only the domain half of the usual check was available.
