- Only 26 states, and the list of which 26 is not published anywhere we could find
- 'FROM $49/mo' headlines five of its eight medication cards, and on every one of those the medication is paid separately and its price is never disclosed
- Ozempic and Mounjaro are marked 'Insurance required', so the cash reader cannot use that lane at all
- The $119 and $219 figures it leads with are promotional; the standard rates are $199 and $299
- Its 'Save $960' is the $80 monthly gap multiplied by twelve, which presents the promotional rate as if it holds for a year — the promotion's duration is not stated
