Which pharmacy will actually compound my prescription?

Whichever of six you choose, which is close to unique on this page. Mondae names Boudreaux, Rush, Hallandale, Greenwich, Align and VialsRx in its configurator and lets you select one before checkout. Most providers here will not name a compounder at all, so naming six and handing over the choice is the strongest disclosure signal in this listing. Read the caveat alongside it, though: Mondae states that each pharmacy ships to different states and that formulations 'may contain additional additives,' so the vial is not identical across the six — a fair question to put to the one you pick.

Does the monthly price rise as I titrate?

No, and Mondae puts that promise on the same screen as the price rather than in an FAQ: 'while many programs increase pricing as doses increase, your rate stays the same as long as your membership remains active.' It matters more than the sticker, because dose-priced plans commonly double between a starting dose and a maintenance dose. At $115 for compounded semaglutide and $145 for compounded tirzepatide, with no separate membership fee, the flat rate also starts low.

How was the price verified?

Not from the marketing card alone. Mondae's treatment pages are a live configurator, and the raw page that arrives ships a placeholder — literally '$NNN' — with the real number filled in by script. So the page was rendered in a browser and the resolved figure read out of its own price element: $115 for semaglutide at the 0.2 mg start and $145 for tirzepatide at 1.5 mg, on the one-month plan. Those match the homepage cards and the structured data the page publishes for search engines. The three-month plan is real but publishes no per-month rate anywhere a reader can reach, so no number for it appears here.

What are the refund rules?

Strict after dispensing, and fair in one specific way. Mondae states refunds are not guaranteed, that medication cannot be returned once dispensed or shipped, and that orders can be canceled only before dispensing. The good clause: if Mondae itself cannot fill your plan because of a supply shortage or FDA action, you get a prorated refund on the unshipped portion, calculated on the listed monthly price. Plenty of providers in this category simply keep the money in that situation.

Who are the clinicians, and can I use insurance?

A contracted network, and no. Mondae's Terms state telehealth is provided by a provider through Bask Telehealth LLC, drawing on physicians licensed in your state; no individual clinician or medical director is named. Its providers do not accept commercial insurance, are not in-network with any plan, and are not enrolled with Medicare or Medicaid, so there is no copay route — the $115 or $145 is what you pay.
