AskRx

Rx-Readiness69:100
AskRx solves the pricing question most of this page leaves open, and creates a different one. Its care fee is itemized in its own footnote — $90/month physician visit, $10/month fulfilment, $100 total — and the medication is billed separately through its own pharmacy, at cost, with both halves shown at checkout. If you have ever wondered how much of a blended monthly price is the drug and how much is margin, this is the provider that answers it. It is FDA-approved only ('No compounded meds'), so the options are the Wegovy pen, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound in pen or KwikPen form, and Foundayo, the oral tirzepatide. All 50 states, board-certified physicians with obesity-medicine training, unlimited messaging, monthly titration, cancel anytime. Two logistics notes that matter on a workday. First, $100 is a floor: no medication price is published, so your real monthly total is unknown until checkout and depends on coverage. Second — and read this one if scheduling is your constraint — 'video visits available in select states' means the async route is not universal here, so confirm your own state before assuming you can do this without a call.

The posted price is half the bill, and the site says so itself. Read live on 26 August 2026, the weight-loss catalog is ten FDA-approved brand listings — Wegovy as a pill and a pen, Zepbound as a vial and a KwikPen, Ozempic in both forms, Mounjaro, and two new oral tablets in the Ozempic Pill and Foundayo — and every single one carries the same footnote: the figure covers medication only, and a membership at $39 for the first month then $149 a month is required and billed separately. So the $149 Wegovy Pill is really about $298 a month and the $299 Zepbound vial is about $448. That membership is not nothing — 24/7 messaging with licensed providers, monthly care-team follow-ups, a smart scale and named in-house clinicians — but it is $1,788 a year on top of the drug. One oddity to open before you buy: Mounjaro and one of two Zepbound listings are posted at a flat $1,899 a month on the same page as Zepbound vials at $299, and nothing explains the gap. Its FAQ asks whether video visits are required and whether all states are served, but keeps both answers inside collapsed panels, so neither could be verified. It carries two FDA warning letters dated 9 September 2025 over the compounded-semaglutide business it has since left behind entirely.
TellHerDoc
Ranked #121 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness61:100
One public number and a great deal of small print. Read live on 2026-08-26, the homepage says "Starting at $269" for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and neither molecule is priced separately anywhere a reader can reach before the quiz. The footnote matters more than the figure: it says the price is paid upfront in full, that the actual price depends on the product and subscription plan you buy, and that the introductory pricing applies only to new customers on the compounded ORAL semaglutide plan — so the cheapest advertised route is a pill, not the weekly injection most readers are shopping for. The banner reading Get $140 Off Today is a discount amount rather than a price, and at least one industry directory has misread it as a $140 introductory rate. Where TellHerDoc is unusually good is disclosure of everything except price: it serves all fifty states, names its medical team and four partner pharmacies, and publishes the seven jurisdictions where a live video consultation is legally required. Where it is unusually blunt: all sales are final.
Amazon One Medical
Ranked #134 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness59:100
A major, highly recognizable brand — Amazon's own One Medical plus Amazon Pharmacy channel — offering FDA-approved Wegovy from $149/mo with a manufacturer coupon, plus the new oral Foundayo pill, though the $149 price depends on coupon eligibility.
LifeMD
Ranked #198 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness53:100
LifeMD's medication prices are clear and its program fee is not. Read live on 2026-08-26, one page states that fee three different ways: a footnote says the monthly program and provider fee is $149 with a first month discounted to $39, two separate blocks say the program fee starts at $75, and a pricing panel shows $29 a month for members against a per-visit label. Those cannot all be true, and none of them buys medication — the page repeats that medication cost is not included and varies with insurance or self-pay. On the medication side it is more useful: $199 a month for the Wegovy pen and $149 for the Wegovy pill, both footnoted as initial pricing for new patients eligible without insurance coverage, and $349 a month for a Zepbound vial with no such qualifier. Insurance is the intended route, with an advertised average approved copay of $0 to $25, which is either the cheapest option here or no option at all depending on your plan. What it does disclose well is coverage: it describes itself as a 50-state direct-to-patient telehealth company with a 50-state medical group. It also advertises a refund if you do not lose 10 percent of your body weight in a year, with terms that live behind a link rather than on the page.
QuickMD
Ranked #80 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness64:100
A high-volume general telehealth platform, not a GLP-1 specialist — $99 flat for a one-time doctor consultation with no membership, but the medication cost is billed separately and never itemized, so the real monthly total is unknown until you fill the prescription.
Hello Alpha
Ranked #128 · Grade C
Rx-Readiness60:100
On logistics Hello Alpha is one of the easiest entries on this page: appointment-free online visits, unlimited provider messaging, free shipping, and a women's health platform behind it rather than a single-product weight-loss funnel. On cost it is one of the hardest to plan for. The $79 a month it publishes is the Alpha Plus+ membership, and the medication is billed on top of it — 'insurance or cash pay', with Hello Alpha stating it will work with your plan to find the lowest cost. It prescribes FDA-approved products only, which is its own stated policy, so the menu is the Zepbound and Mounjaro pens and Rybelsus tablets, and no compounded semaglutide exists here at all. That combination has a clear shape: if your employer plan covers a GLP-1, this is one of the few providers on this page built to use that coverage instead of routing around it, and $79 plus a copay may be the cheapest real outcome available to you. If you are paying cash, the total is unknowable in advance, because no cash medication price is published anywhere on the site, and the compounded providers here will be both cheaper and clearer. Hello Alpha is also explicit that a membership does not guarantee a prescription, which is the right thing to say and worth knowing before you pay.
Sequence by WeightWatchers

Rx-Readiness73:100
The insurance-and-brand heavyweight: a WeightWatchers-run membership that routes you toward FDA-approved product and insurance coverage, with a video visit required in some states — the membership fee and the medication bill are two separate charges.
FDA warning letter #728279 (Jun. 2026), which names tryeden.com. Read live on 2026-08-26, the GLP-1 page prices compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $199 — and the asterisk under both figures is the part that changes the math. It reads: price includes medication only, an active Eden Membership is required at $39 for the first month and $99 a month thereafter, and medication is not available without a membership. So this is two line items, not one, and the second one is not next to the number on the page. What Eden does give you is range: brand Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro at $1,399 a month and Wegovy at $1,695, each on its own product page marked In Stock, alongside the compounded lane. It says it serves GLP-1 programs in all fifty states, and its "same price at every dose" policy means titrating up does not raise the medication line. Cancellation is self-serve in the portal, though the Terms want 48 hours' notice before a renewal and make charges non-refundable once an order is fulfilled.
