Ivim Health: our verdict

Ivim is worth considering if you want ongoing provider contact and a choice of branded or compounded treatment, and can comfortably commit to a defined program. Its low medication headline is a poor household-budget guide: membership costs extra, and stopping future refills does not necessarily end the financial commitment. The February 2026 FDA warning letter also belongs in the decision, especially when identifying the pharmacy that will fill a compounded prescription.

Build the budget from two charges

The GLP-1 ID page advertises semaglutide from $75 and tirzepatide from $133 per month, plus a $74.99 monthly program fee. That produces starting equivalents of $149.99 and $207.99 before any other applicable charges. These are conditional starting figures, not a verified maintenance-dose quote. A separate membership page starts medication at $65 without establishing that it buys the same treatment or term.

Ivim also publishes a detailed microdosing ladder: six months at $75/$133, four months at $75/$150, or two months at $100/$200 for semaglutide/tirzepatide, respectively, plus membership. That page describes a different treatment goal from its weight-loss offering. Do not use its rates to price an ordinary weight-loss prescription without confirmation. Choosing a longer program to obtain a lower equivalent price puts more of your budget at risk if the service no longer suits you.

Membership cancellation and medication refunds are separate

The membership agreement says selected-term fees remain payable even if you stop mid-term; notice at least 48 hours before renewal addresses the next renewal. Medication refunds follow separate Terms sections 16 and 29. Section 16 describes refunds for unshipped medication after a $100 fee per applicable three-month portion or $50 per two-month portion, with the fee waived for provider-determined medical ineligibility. Ask for a written calculation covering both obligations before assuming that a medication refund cancels membership.

The returns policy directs readers back to those Terms rather than promising a general satisfaction refund. Refill eligibility requires active membership, and missed refill requests or inactive time do not automatically extend the program. Set reminders for both refill requests and the end of the agreed term; simply leaving the app unused is not a cancellation request.

Visits, access and pharmacy questions

The GLP-1 ID journey offers a video or chat provider visit and weekly check-ins. The microdosing journey specifies video. Neither establishes that every patient can avoid an appointment, and an advertised same-day visit is not a delivery guarantee. Confirm eligibility in your state, the assigned clinician and pharmacy, and whether any labs cost extra before paying. The pages checked did not establish a complete state-by-state eligibility list.

What the FDA letter says

FDA’s February 20, 2026 warning letter to Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim concerns compounded-drug labeling and promotional claims. It says images labeled Ivim suggested that Ivim compounded the products when it did not. This is a specific misbranding concern, not evidence from our review that a patient was harmed. Ask who actually compounds and dispenses your prescription; we have not established the current resolution status of the letter.

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Discuss your medical history, other medicines, pregnancy plans and breastfeeding with the prescriber.
