CoreAge Rx vs Ivim Health

CoreAge Rx and Ivim Health both offer GLP-1 telehealth, but they make different trade-offs on speed to first dose, flat pricing, access and molecule choice. Here they are side-by-side on the Rx-Readiness Score — our readiness rubric.

Ivim Health

Best for: A mother who wants a scheduled conversation with a clinician rather than a questionnaire, is buying brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound rather than compounded, and can commit to a fixed prepaid term with her eyes open about the membership on top.

The verdict

Higher Rx-Readiness Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out Ivim Health on the Rx-Readiness Score, 95 to 45 (A vs C). Working moms who want a decision, not a research project — flat pricing, both semaglutide and tirzepatide, and no scheduled video visit to book around work and pickup.

Ivim Health is still a genuine option — the headline price is medication only. Read live on 26 August 2026, Ivim advertises compounded semaglutide from $75 a month and tirzepatide from $133, and every one of those figures sits above the line "+ $74.99 /mo Program fee" — so the real floor is about $150, and you have to prepay four or six months to get it. Its own membership page splits it plainly: medication starting at $75, membership $75, two different charges. Then there is a second disagreement worth knowing about: Ivim's marketing pages start compounded GLP-1s at $75, and its intake application's own code starts them at $249 a month. Neither number comes with a dose ladder, so what a maintenance dose costs is simply not published. Against that, the catalog is genuinely broad — brand Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Saxenda now sit next to the compounded lines, and the oral Wegovy Pill is posted at $149 a month. The off-ramp is the hard part: the program FAQ says cancellation is not available once a program has started, the Terms charge $100 or $50 in restocking fees on the unshipped remainder, and anything dispensed is non-refundable. No state list and no compounding pharmacy appear anywhere on the site, and it holds an FDA warning letter dated 20 February 2026 saying the labels in its own product photos implied Ivim compounds these drugs when it does not. Weigh the six readiness factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Flat monthly price that stays put through titration — no dose-scaling surprise on your busiest month
  • Both compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on one plan, so you're not re-signing to switch
  • Async, no-video intake and all-50-states coverage — start it during a lunch break

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker price — a couple of teaser tiers elsewhere start lower
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand option
  • General metabolic program, not a boutique concierge service

Ivim Health

Ranked #266 · Grade C

What we like

  • A rare published term ladder — six, four and two-month rates for both molecules, side by side, before any form
  • The membership fee is stated openly at $74.99 a month rather than appearing at checkout, and the first month is advertised free
  • Brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Saxenda sit on the same menu as the compounded lines, so switching does not mean re-signing

The caveats

  • Every advertised price is medication only — a $74.99 monthly membership is charged separately, which roughly doubles the cheapest figure
  • No price is available month to month: the rates shown require a two, four or six-month prepaid program
  • No dose ladder and no maintenance rate for standard dosing appear anywhere, so what you pay once you titrate up is unpublished
